Grounded is a dance competition that pits choreographers from different dance genres against each other. Their routines are based around a theme, with the 7 deadly sins chosen for 2015.
Dark and hellish was the inspiration for this branding. A font with sharp, awkward serifs, the deep red colour and stone texture brought the “hell” feel to the design, with the 7 used to “trap” the dancer.
